We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Service Delivery team as a UK based Broadcast & IT Support Technician.

You will provide broadcast, media & IT support across our systems that deliver television, radio & cinema services to our global audience.

As a key member of BFBS's Technology department your primary responsibilities will range from 1st line support and triage across broadcast, media, and IT services, accurate logging of faults, troubleshooting customer issues, and timely resolution of incidents & service requests.

This is an entry-level opportunity, so we're looking for someone who has a relevant qualification, or the ability to demonstrate appropriate experience that is applicable to this role. We will provide tailored training to expand your knowledge & experience across multiple disciplines and support you to achieve industry recognised qualifications.

This role is based at our Network Operations Centre at our global Headquarters in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire where your working pattern will vary between 6:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
